Process for USA Deployment
Please be informed that we will need the following documents listed below to process with the POEA. Kindly ensure that you SUBMIT the documents listed below when you visit our office.
1. Latest NBI Clearance (Original and valid for work abroad)
2. 4 pcs. 2x2 pictures white background with name plate
3. Clear copies of your dependents Birth Certificate (for Philhealth Form)
4. Philippine and International Driver's License Clear copies
5. Vaccine Certificate Clear Copies (MMR, Varicella, Tetanus and Anti Hepa-B)
6. Updated Resume, PRC ID
7. ORIGINAL Passport with Visa and Photocopy (if not yet submitted to our
office)
8. Most Recent FIT TO WORK Medical Exam Results from a DOH - POEA Accredited
clinic
We will send duplicate copies of the H1B Packet to people who are living outside of METRO MANILA / LUZON upon applicant's e-mailed / written request so that you can double check your packets and raise whatever concerns you may have with your employers re:your packets prior to your Embassy visit. Kindly update FOCUS of your preferred mailing address by sending an e-mail at focus_intl99@yahoo.com.

Embassy Packets are available for pick-up every Monday - Friday ; 2-5pm, by appointment.
Upon Approval of your Visa's, the RECIPIENT with the US Embassy Courier should be:

Your passports will be released to you prior to your deployment date with the complete deployment docs.
The PDOS (Pre-departure Orientation Seminar) Referral Letter can be availed at the Focus Office when the Authorization Letter to receive the passport with a valid ID is submitted or upon submission of COMPLETE deployment documents listed above. Upon taking the PDOS, applicants are expected to return the Agency copy to Focus.
INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR DEPLOYMENT.
